       You are logging in to identify yourself for any PEAC System® utilities. These include working links under membership requirements, and such. You can access reports, previous or current, check out other services and the like.
      Your ID will provide a nicely formatted email to send to the candidate, but only you or whom you designate can retrieve the results... and only when paid for as you go.
       Password allows access to sensitive candidate information. Do not share it! It is too easy to let the admin personnel do this work for you, but therein lies a serious security problem. Please, heed the warning. In a corporate environment, simply change the password with each lost or newly assigned HR or agent.

Your Client keys are valuable. Do not share them with employees at any level! Most important is to keep the password SECRET! In our first quarter, we had to adjust seven Manager credentials from failure to anticipate problems. There is little to steal, and they won't pay for PEACS, but it is illegal to allow anyone else to view another's profile, new or old.
However, a manager over a particular profile is allowed, as that is the key to conducting training based on the results of the PEAC System® evaluation. But you, as the member, can easly pull up the report for that manager. EEOC requires you to keep those reports on file for ne year, hired or not. Though the orginal rules required papers in a file, most managers stretch that a bit to leave them on our database or their own.
